About My Delhi Street Food

My Delhi is an Indian street food restaurant concept and it’s all about making people feel they’re on a journey through the streets of Delhi, not just having a curry, but experiencing the sights, the smells, the drinks and the food. It’s a social dining experience, rather than just somewhere to eat Indian food.

We opened the first restaurant in Clayton Street, Newcastle, in 2019, the second one in Sunderland city centre in June 2022 and have opened a third restaurant in Leicester so things are really taking off.

About the Support

We heard about Digital Pathfinders through friends and contacts. We were thinking about developing more of a digital presence for the business because it’s not just a case of listing your restaurant online, it’s also about making customers feel they can do things easier like booking a table or finding more about the menu.

We spent a lot of time talking to the team at Digital Pathfinders. They were very professional and did a very in-depth audit analysing our IT, looking at our current tech and understanding about our business getting into the nitty gritty of it.

They helped us with things including indexing on Google to optimise us on search engine rankings and helped us on improve the My Delhi website to better represent our brand and help customers book a table and place orders. We’re now looking at implementing tech so that people can order from their table when they’re in the restaurant.

Digital Pathfinders’ work has made a huge difference. Improving the website has made it a big part of our brand and, given the expansion that we have had, we wanted people to feel the authenticity of My Delhi and it’s definitely done that.

We are getting a lot more reservations through the website now, we have integrated it with our reservations system so everything runs smoothly and we have all of our social media channels on there.

The expert advice made us think of things we had not thought about before and going through the process also helped us to discover a lot more about our business. If you are a business and you haven’t talked to Digital Pathfinders yet, you should do it as soon as possible.

"I would totally recommend getting in touch with Digital Pathfinders because the support they provided was exceptional and made us feel like there was nothing to worry about. I felt we were in good hands the whole time and with people who understood what we wanted. From the moment I expressed an interest, the help was one-to-one and I didn’t feel like we had to explain ourselves twice on anything. They added a lot of value to the business."
